以前にいつの間にかMS EdgeがCSS Writing Modeの扱いを改善していたでやったことの続き。ちょっとしたきっかけでそういえば縦書き関連って今どうなってるんだっけみたいなことを思い、writing-mode；縦書きの指定 - CSS3ウェブブラウザ実装メモを更新しついでの成れの果て（？）みたいな。
